Â
Join us on a 6-day journey into self-nourishment, feminine embodiment, creative expression, polarity work, transformation, intimacy, ritual and remembrance, and blossom from your feminine core.
Do you sense the effortless, honest, organic woman that is you? The one thatâs always been there, waiting for you to return to her?
Do you feel the deep feminine inviting you back in? Who lives in her body, is guided by the ancient voice of her womb, her raw open heart and sees her emotions as portals? Who remains open to love and life and all it brings and makes art out of her stories, birthed from her inner muse and creative channel?
She does not pretend because sheâs tapped into her own raw, authentic truth - and lives accordingly. In union with the feminine and masculine forces, rooted into her own satiated wholeness, she blooms.
She is of earth not of head.
Of leaning back rather than leaning in.
The deep feminine isnât cute, polished and perfect. Sheâs real, wise and pure. Sheâs dropped the mask of the nice girl and lives in her light and dark feminine range.
She is not taught, but remembered. Not gained but expanded.
The touching of our feminine core is a process of embodied remembrance. An unravelling, de-programming into our deepest feminine essence. Itâs one from feminist to feminine. From pushy manifesting ways, to creating abundance from our co-creational receptive power. A return to our divine, primordial self. A descend from head to heart to womb. It is by no means a strategy. It is certainly not a form of gaining, or a step by step, linear process.
When we touch her, an easeful, peaceful nature emerges who doesnât take everything all too seriously. Thereâs a lightness, a joy, as sheâs become the player in the game, the co-creator of her reality.
Like the ever-blossoming red rose, she reveals herself, one petal a time - in all of her gifts and unique textures. And so, shall she open herself to you â if you lean in, and trust her awakening.

Nestled in the heart of Portugalâs Algarve Mountains, the Rose Mountain Retreat Centre spans 48 hectares of lush, ecologically preserved land.
What makes it so special is that itâs a sanctuary inspired by ancient feminine lineages, providing a sacred space for women. The name itself carries the essence of the rose as a symbol of the Divine Feminine.
The accommodations include spacious double rooms with private bathrooms, cozy tiny houses with shared facilities, and tipi tents set amidst nature.
In between sessions, you can relax by the saltwater pool, move in the sunlit yoga studio or outdoor yoga deck, or find stillness in one of the ceremonial spaces. Wander through the expansive garden, take a quiet hike along the nearby trails, or simply be, allowing the energy of the land to hold you.
The stewards of Rose Mountain are Melanie and Bas, who live here with their two children. Their presence infuses every detail of the land, and we feel deeply honored to bring our retreat to a place that so beautifully weaves together nature, sisterhood, and ancient feminine traditions.

âI couldnât have imagined how profoundly my life would shift after this retreat. It wasnât just a few days awayâit was a portal to a new way of living.
I rediscovered self-love, learned to trust myself again, and began moving through life with ease and flow. The experience felt safe, nurturing, and yet invited me to boldly embrace parts of myself Iâd been avoiding for years.
The best part? It wasnât âworkââit was playful, exciting, and filled with wonder. A true initiation into seeing the worldâand myselfâthrough new eyes.â

We all need a sisterhood, a community, a coven. A group of women who mirror, reflect and inspire us. A circle to discuss what is present in the world and our hearts. A temple that offers a sacred pause in the busyness of life, where we are nourished - WHERE WE CAN SOFTEN. A space where all of us is welcome - as we are. A place to shed, embrace, cry, laugh, learn, question, shake, embody, awaken. A safe landing where we are held, can drop the masks â and return to ourselves.
We receive many amazing reviews after our retreats. One thing that touches women the most, is the sisterhood they become a part of. Connecting to like-minded women in a space void of judgement, rich in encouragement awakens a power, a remembrance, a love in us that we simply canât touch just by ourselves. Many women in the community have been in it for years, keep coming back to the retreats year after year. Whether youâre already immersed in or new to the medicine of sisterhood, there is a place for you here.

6 Pillars of the Feminine
Â
Along the course of the six days, weâll work with Sarahâs six pillars to awaken your feminine essence; Heart-womb embodied, Cyclical Living, Inner & Outer Union, Receptive Core, Expression & Devotion.

HEART-WOMB EMBODIED
The feminine path is about living as love. Open as love. The woman who trusts her heart, dares to feel it all and isnât afraid to sink into her womb and void of darkness when sheâs called to alchemize whatâs ready to be transformed. Her emotions are her spiritual practice. Her path is raw heart confession, not the prison of head-centred living, but one of embodied exposure.

CYCLICAL LIVING
Women are directly connected to the moon and the Earth. The feminine speaks through our bodies and loudly so through our womb-wisdom. Itâs our nature to live in tune with the seasons and our cycles. Building a relationship with our womb and releasing anti-feminine programming that dis-connects us to our natural hormonal balance and cyclical living are crucial.

INNER AND OUTER UNION
Inner union touches on having remembered your inherent sovereignty, divinity and wholeness: a woman who takes radical self-responsibility, chooses herself, prioritizes her radiance and aliveness. Outer union as in being held, protected, in relationship with the Cosmic Father. From this re-unification and deep satiation, entering our relationship with an earth-man.

RECEPTIVE CORE
As womb-centred beings, weâre receptive by nature â both biologically and energetically. To be receptive to life does not mean to be passive; itâs an empowered surrender to receive all life wants to move through us, be it deep emotions, the cries of the world, our men. it's our instinctual need to be filled, guided, opened: a soul-longing to return to the One.

EXPRESSION
Besides voicing our heart-truth, expression points towards creative expression. Women are creators. Made to birth! We all have a creative muse that longs to be released, seen in the world. Art is alchemy. A way of creating gold from our pain, of channelling our soul gifts into the world. Embrace the artist within you and allow your creative expression to enrich your life.

DEVOTION
Being clear about and surrendered to your devotion nourishes all areas of your life; your children, business, relationship. It pulls your soul-business and romantic union into something higher, more important than your egoic feeling in the moment of wanting to âdoâ something or not. Devotion holds you accountable and is the dance between you and the mystical realm.

Watch reels of past two year's retreats
âI feel like Iâve been searching high and low and all over the world within numerous tribes and never felt such an incredible homecoming as I did with you all. I feel more sure of myself because you all exist and Iâm sitting at home singing the song Sarah wrote for the retreat thinking of you all. Viva las reinas!â
- Marie Lou, Germany
âSarah knows how to shake the ground youâre standing on with fire and at the same time fill it up with the beauty of roses.â
â Sara, Sweden
âItâs all starting to click. All that Iâve been learning about try to put into practice, but didnât really know how to embody.
The retreat truly was the most powerful container for me and exactly what I needed to get me to start to feel over the hump and that I can live my whole life this way.
From the day we left the space, the most incredible things have been happening. True miracles, that Iâm just blown away by. I know theyâve come from my open heart, my trust and surrender.â
